
Interesting action coming up this week. While we have an overall "Neutral" position for the overall market, it doesn't mean that there aren't opportunities to make money.
Our philosophy is to invest in the direction of the overall trend, and then look at the strongest (for bull markets), or weakest (in bear markets) sectors to put a position on.
What do we do when the market is neutral? At this point, we would look for market weakness as the neutral position came out of a bearish signal. Until we get a bullish signal, our overall trend is neutral with a downward bias. In our newsletter, you'll see which sectors are stronger, and which are weak.
As you can see from the image, we haven't even retraced 38.2% of the move down which is an important Fibonacci retracement test.
